Delete blog – lost e-mail and password

  Hi
  I am the social media media manager of an Italian publisher and I need to delete a blog on wordpress.com or at least to put a redirect to the new site.

  Unfortunately this blog was created by another person we can’t contact anymore.
  I don’ thave email nor password.
  Of course we can demonstrate our is a trademark.
  Can someone help me?
