Delete Blog – or change URL

  the url of my blog is incorrect, the basic root name is wrong
  how can i change that?

  The blog was created by an employee – with his personal name – who is no longer in the company.

  How can I delete a blog totally.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
