Delete blog – support tips did not work

  I am trying to delete my blog, sundaynightspecials.com. I followed your instructions by going to tools>delete site, and I was directed to a message that said I cannot delete a blog with a domain registration upgrade. Any help here would be appreciated. I have made my blog private in the meantime, until I can actually delete.

  Canceling a domain means you completely give up ownership of the domain and can take up to 35 days before it will become available to register somewhere. If you would like to completely cancel your ownership of the domain name, please reply to confirm.

  We are only able to offer a refund if we receive notification within 48 hours of the purchase.

  If you would like to transfer the domain to another registrar, you should use these steps.

  I’ve cancelled your domain ( sundaynightspecials.com ) as requested.

  You can now permanently delete your blog at Tools -> Delete Site.
