Delete Blog with defunct email address

  I am writing from an alternate account. I am looking to delete a blog with a now defunct email address. The blog’s URL is elmehr.wordpress.com. I have the original API key. Please advise.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you able to log into the original account? if so please log into that account and reply in this thread to verify the blog ownership. If not, then send the API key to us by e-mail.
