  Hi, Anna! If you’re certain you want to delete your blog, you can do so by following the instructions here: Delete Site

  Once you do, neither the content or the url can be recovered, so if you think you’ll ever want to use the url again, you may want to consider making your blog private instead. You could even empty it beforehand.
