Delete Both Blogs of all content and deactivate them

days & days of confusion and inadvertantly setting up multiple blogs then purchasing the iRibbon Pro 3rd party theme and it not working…I don’t know what I am doing and just want to start over fresh with help,,,i wont ever use these names here again so its ok to completely deleted them..thanks

In order to delete any blog one must be logged in under the exact username account that registered the blog. Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog you can delete it by using these instructions. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Please note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled.

Third-party themes need to be purchased within your WordPress.com store under Store > Premium Themes.
You may have purchased a theme only meant for self-hosted WordPress.org sites. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different systems, and a theme purchased for one won’t work on the other. You can learn more about the differences here:
