delete but keep

  I have 2 blogs on my account, I want to delete one of them but keep my address if I want to reuse it again in the future.
  The remaining one, I would like to clean up and start all over again.

  Is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No and yes. Deleting a blog is irreversible. The deleted URL cannot be recycled. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  However, you can simply make the blog private http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/ and delete the content in it.

  If you want to delete the content you can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.

  I have 2 URLs and I wanted to hide one and keep the other one showing.
  I though that the privacy settings would apply to the site, meaning both of the blogs, isn’t it?

  No. Every blog is a site. Every blog ie. site you have is independent.
