  How do I do this so I don’t have to pay anymore please?

  Hi,

  Log in to your account.
  Go to setting.
  You will find an option to delete your website permanently.

  Instead of deleting your website, You have an option to empty your website and start all over again

  If you want to close your account you can visit below link

  Close Your Account

  But Please take a note this not only shuts down your username, it deletes all the sites you own and all their contents. After a few weeks, this data will be entirely purged from our servers and the process cannot be reversed. Therefore, please be certain you want to cancel your entire WordPress.com presence before proceeding.

  You can go for other options like delete site or empty your site.
