delete / cancel my website

I would like to delete / cancel my website. It does not work. An upgrade must be terminated. But I have no existing one. I can not cancel anything.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

• WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund from date of purchase on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

It sounds like you may have a premium theme. Do you want Staff to transfer the premium theme to another wordpress.COM hosted site that you have registered?

No problem – I’ve removed the Zuki theme from your account.
Please remember that deleting your site is permanent and we are unable to restore it in the future should you change your mind later on. If you’d like to hold on to it, you can simply hide it from search engines and viewers through privacy settings.
