Delete "Category Archives:…"

hi everybody!
Anytime I click on a category on my blog, it appears: “category Archives:…” on top of the page. Which CSS should I use to delete the “Category Archive:”?
Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There’s a free workaround you may be interested in using to remove that heading on the top of Category Pages in a custom menu. if you are interested click this link http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2011/12/19/custom-menus/ Then scroll down to “Other options, special cases and tricks” and note f. Tabs for static pages but no page titles on the actual pages

I remember you advices me to purchase the custom design to change the CSS to solve the problem. What I did but, now, I can not find how to edit the CSS to delete that heading. :-(

I am sorry but I don’t help with CSS editing. That said, not to worry as others do and there is Staff support for the upgrade too. However, it’s the weekend so it may take some time until someone else answers you.

Ok, I appreciate your help. I’ll be patient, as well as continue to look around to solve the problem.

I’m trying other themes to find out if there are others that that not display Category Archive. I may definitely change my theme.

I’m the same vain older woman but I am now logged in under my other username account. I’m sorry we started chatting here because it’s not in your best interest to keep posting to this thread. When we do that we move the timestamps on the thread further ahead and it will take longer to get Staff help. They work their way through threads in chronological order in accord with datestamps and timestamps. I apologize for not stating this earlier.

I got nothing :-{
You mean I should move somewhere else to get help or you are talking of our chat? -
What @timethief was talking about is that whenever you post to an existing thread, it puts it at the top of the queue, and we typically work from the bottom (older) to the top (newer) so it can take a little longer for you to get help in some instances.
On Mystique, the theme you are currently using, the following CSS will remove “Category Archive” and leave the actual category name.
.archive-title { visibility: hidden; } .archive-title span { visibility: visible; float: left; } -

Ok, I now get how it works. Timethief was too deep in the thing. :-D
I’ve solved it. Thanks a lot to you both. You’ve been a great help. I’ll be so glad to work with you one day. :-)
Take care and good luck with your business!
