delete Category names

  Hello! i have the following question:
  My menu consists in: a page (which is the main page), two other pages (about and contact) and 3 categories. My posts are connected to these categories, so in each category of the menu shows just the post that i want. Everything ok so far. BUT, in each category menu (where my posts are) there is only place for 3 colummns, and not for 4 columms, just because the name of the categroy appears near the posts. How can I delete this? You can see what i mean if you clic on the name: action! in the menu (no in the post). Thanks a lot!! Silvia.
