delete comments

  Hello,

  I want to delete a comment I made here on wordpress page: http://entreacto.wordpress.com/2010/06/13/vintage/
  Because every time I put my name on google appears that reference and I don´t want appear on google
  website. How can I do to erase it if the blog is not mine?

  You are not able to delete comments on other people’s blogs, but you can ask the blog owners to do so. But even if it is erased, Google and other search engines will have a cached version of that page still showing your name.

  In the future, you can leave comments without your real name. Leave them as anonymous or create a username.

  …after it’s deleted it’ll be purged from Google cache in a few months.

  Dashboard > Users > My Profile > Display name publicly as > [insert something here that’s not your real name]

  After you make the change, when you leave a comment, you’ll leave an alias instead of your real name.
