  How do i delete all comments I have made in the past?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You will have to request the owner of the blog from which you want your comments to be deleted. You cannot delete them yourself.

  well, are you taking about discussion forum or blog commenting? .

  Forum posts in the WordPress.com Community forums are never deleted unless they are a security concern.

  Comments left on blogs cannot be deleted by the person who left the comment. Only the blog owner can delete the comment.
