  I want to delete everything from my site and start over. I can’t seem to do it though, can you help please?

  I can help you with that.

  However, I will need you to confirm that you understand that this is a permanent action. Once deleted, posts/pages/media/etc cannot be recovered.

  Yes please, I would like to start again using the same address, I have tried to do it myself and ended up with a mess so I’d be very grateful for your help.
  I think I have marked the site as private but I don’t suppose that will be a problem your end but if i can find it again I’ll change that back.
