  If would like to keep my site and url active, but delete all of the content so I can start a new blog under the same title.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,
  You have to empty your site/blog to start over with a new blog using the same blog address.

  Follow the instructions given here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/ to do so.
