delete all content so I can start fresh

Hi there,
Make sure you are logged into the account that has admin privileges to the website. Go to My Sites -> Settings, then scroll down to Site Tools and select “Delete your site permanently”.
Please be aware that if you delete a site you will not be able to get it back and no one else will be able to use that site address.
Deleting it deactivates the address for at least 2 years. Better to make the site private if you might change your mind.
If you’re using images from the old site on the new one, it may cause issues, so you might try making the site private for a while first. Then you can always delete it later.
If you want to keep some of the content (in case you want to copy it over from the old version to the new one) I recommend renaming your site instead, using these steps:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/If you rename the site to something like yoursiteold.wordpress.com, and choose to keep the address, the old address will be left blank and you can start from scratch.
Just so you are aware, deleting a site is permanent. If there’s a chance you may want to use that address again in the future, the site can be marked private instead.
