  I cant find the bulk actions box to delete all my post to start afresh. please advise

  hi,

  You have several options to start afresh:
  Option 1. make your current blog private, then start a new blog
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/create-a-blog/#adding-a-new-site-or-blog-to-an-existing-account

  Alternatively, the more tedious option:
  You can :
  1. Delete all posts
  2. Delete all pages
  3. Delete all categories
  4. Delete all tags
  5. Delete all media

  Try getting to the correct page to bulk delete by adding /wp-admin to the end of your website link.

  krustallos.wordpress.com/wp-admin would be the correct place to look for this.

  STAFF: looking at the current support document flow from various points (My Sites, the support doc itself, the Bulk Edit sections), there’s no clear indication that emptying a site via Bulk Edit needs to be done in the WP Admin dashboard. I’m also tagging this thread for Staff attention to note that. Perhaps https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/ was updated and the info about WP Admin accidentally removed.

  Hey,

  If you want to delete all the content of your blog, you have an option in settings > tab general for that.

  In french, this is “Supprimer votre contenu” so I guess in english this is something like “Delete your blog content”, see below:

  If you click that link in your dashboard, where does it take you? I believe it brings you to this screen in the dashboard that gives you two options: either contacting staff to remove site content for you, which is great if you have a lot of content to remove, or removing the content yourself by following the instructions in this support guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  Again, that guide and most of the links mentioned in it, don’t clearly specify that bulk editing needs to be done in the WP Admin dashboard of one’s site. That is the only place that Bulk Edit is available for Posts, Pages, Categories, Tags and Media. At the moment you can only bulk edit Comments in the My Sites dashboard at https://wordpress.com/comments/all/

  We’ve got this covered, but still waiting for Staff to note the changes needed in the Support Guide to Empty Your Site https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
