  I need help to delete my credit card data from an wordpress account!

  You can delete your credit card details by visiting Purchases -> Billing. Here is the support document that will help you managing payment methods in WordPress.com: https://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/

  The credit card details are saved in an account I cannot access because it is not my account. I’ve been charged recently and I don’t know what to do.

  Hi there,

  The credit card details are saved in an account I cannot access because it is not my account. I’ve been charged recently and I don’t know what to do.

  To delete/change the credit card details, you require WordPress.com accounts or have to the ask the owner of that account to remove it for you. Furthermore, I am adding modlook tag here for staff intervention. Maybe, they can help you with some additional inputs on this issue.

  Contact your card provider and deny the charge. That’s the only way to cancel the payment with out knowing where/what account or charge is involved.

  Did you get an email receipt from us about the charge? That notification will say what site the charge was for.
