Delete Custom Domain

  How can I delete the Custom Domain from my WordPress site? I am trying to permanently delete this site and the ‘delete’ option doesn’t show since I have a domain bought from BlueHost. Can somebody please help me?

  Hi there,

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling the upgrade. However, there is no history of purchases under the account you have contacted us from – the domain that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Do you have another WordPress.com account?

  To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

  Hi there! Thank you for replying to my post. This is the only account I have on WordPress but the domain i think was bought from Bluehost so maybe that could be the reason (I already cancelled the renewal from them but I can’t manage to cancel the domain, it looks like it just has to expire on its own). I don’t recall purchasing other upgrades so that is why I don’t understand why I can’t cancel my site.
  Any other ideas?

  Is this for the site anotherstripedtee.com? Are you trying to disconnect it from your WordPress.com site? You’re correct, the registration is with Bluehost, but the site is connected to your WordPress.com account via JetPack.

  If you are wanting to disconnect the site from your account, you can follow the directions provided in our support guide:
