  Every URL here for every post contains the date embedded in it and we cannot chnage permalink structure on WordPress.com blogs. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-title-url/

  If you want to remove the dates from showing on the home page you will need to purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade and do the required CSS editing. Have you purchased the upgrade?
