  Hi.. im using the Triton Lite theme… but i wanna remove date of post.. i looked around and says to find the editor and do some stuff on the php file.. but i dont have editor… what should i do to have editor? once i buy a domain will appear? how can i do it? sorry im very new at this…

  Note that the date of publication is embedded in all post URLs and we cannot change permalink structure to remove it. You will need to purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/ and then do the required CSS editing. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/editing-css/

  But NOT every theme shows Posted By, although I think they all show the date, some less prominently. You might simply have to switch themes to find one that works for you for free.

  Note that the custom design upgrade won’t remove the date from the URL.
