Delete domain

  Hi,

  I want to delete the domain membranamagazine.com before it renews on the 27th of Octobre, and don’t know how to do it. I’m not looking for a refund.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade, you ought to be able to disable autorenew go to > Store > My Upgrades and click the “disable auto-renew” link.

  Hi there,

  While I cannot cancel any domain unless you are writing in from the account which has purchased that domain, I can verify that this domain is currently set to manually renew when it comes up for expiration. If you change your mind regarding the renewal of the domain, the owner will need to log in and either manually renew it or set it to autorenew.
