Delete Domain

    Hello,

    My account with WordPress has already ended but I need to unlock the domain, onaflow.org… this is not available from my account page anymore. How to unlock the domain and fully delete my account from wordpress?

    Hi there,

    From what I can see you last renewed onaflow.org on Nov 11 2019, which you can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    However I do not see a renewal in 2020, and can confirm that onaflow.org has expired due as there was no payment by the renewal date. The good news is that we may be able to recover your domain, but there will be a late renewal fee to do so.

    Please check your inbox for the invoice we just sent, which will include a link to pay for the renewal of onaflow.org as well as the late renewal fee.

    After you make payment please return here to let us know so we can take the next step of recovering the domain.

    IMPORTANT: We do not know to recover the domain unless you let us know you have made payment, so please be sure to come back here and update us, thanks!

    Howdy @helenaonaflow do you no longer wish to recover your domain? not sure if you saw my message but if you are unable to find the renewal invoice in your inbox please let us know here so that we can send it again.
