  Hi @jeremymerkure , I can see you’ve already removed your subscription. I’ve refunded everything but the domain for you.

  Your domain is not refundable at this point. It is already cancelled and has been returned to the registrar. If you intend to use the domain jconsulting-merkure.com elsewhere, let us know right away so we can un-cancel it for you.

  Thanks @jeremymerkure, I was able to get it back for you.

  I recommend pointing it to your new host first:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/

  Then, after the domain has been registered 60 days, you can transfer it if you’d like:

  The domain knowinghope.org is currently locked from transfer (Status clientTransferProhibited).
  You will need to unlock the domain at 5237-ww before a transfer can take place.
  It looks like it is still locked. I am hoping you can help again :)

  My account is still stuck, saying this message when I try to complete the domain transfer:
  “The domain knowinghope.org is currently locked from transfer (Status clientTransferProhibited).
  You will need to unlock the domain at 5237-ww before a transfer can take place.”
  I am hoping someone can help me to get this resolved today. Thank you so much!
