Delete Domain name after registration expires

    Hello,
    I`m having trouble with deleting my wordpress.com site.
    When I go to tools>delete site, it shows the following:

    <strong>”Warning! You cannot delete a blog if the blog has a domain registration upgrade. You must have access to the blog in order to get to the domain manager.
    If you do not want to use your blog any more please make it private. Other users won’t be able to visit the blog but you can still access the Dashboard so you can get to the domain manager”</strong>

    My domain expired, but http://necronomicosas.com/ is still showing as a domain name in my WordPress account which is why I am unable to delete my site. I don`t want to save any information, i just want to delete the domain, my WordPress blog and my account.

    @venusilegitima- I have canceled the domain as requested. If you want to permanently delete your site, follow the guide below:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-site/

    Please read the warnings and advice before deleting a site, as we can’t revert a site deletion for any reason.

    If you want to hide your site instead, you can use the following guide to make your site private so only you and other members of the site can view it when logged in:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
