Delete domain/site/account does not work due to bought scheme

  Hi

  I would like to delete my account including all themes and contents. Unfortunately I cannot do it myself as I have a bought scheme which I cannot delete.

  I understand that not refund nor ‘way back’ is possible after deleting the account.

  Could you please delete the scheme for me so that can delete my account.

  Have you tried to follow the instructions on how to delete the site with upgrades? If not, you can find them here.

  If that doesn’t help, you can type modlook on the tags area, to get a member of staff to help you.
