  Have you checked your social media sharing options?

  I noticed you have two sites discoveringtruthweb.wordpress.com and http://changeofdesire.wordpress.com.

  You might have chosen to publicize your sites with a selected social media site. If you go to My Sites > Sharing >Publicize, you may see you are connected to one of the listed social networks. To stop this function, simply click on Disconnect.
