Delete dublicate blog stats
-
Hi,
i did a clean install for my self hosted blog and reinstalled jetpack now I have two entries for my blog in stats. The older install was just connected to jetpack for three days so I would like the old blog entry and data to be deleted from the stats. How can i do that? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I suggest looking for an answer to your question here first. http://jetpack.me/support/ If you do not find one then the Jetpack forum is at WordPress.org http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org, click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post there.

Thanks for the quick response.
Jetpack itself is functioning fine and the data is here on wordpress.com. I think i need to get an admin to remove the old data for me, there doesn’t seem to be a way for me to do it myself.
I just don’t know how to contact one. -

http://jetpack.me/support/ is the correct route for any Jetpack-related questions, including for WordPress.com stats, and and it would help if you posted there so that your question appears in the same queue as all the other Jetpack-related questions. The Jetpack support form also asks for your Jetpack Site URL, which you didn’t post here. Using the correct help request form helps us to get as much as the relevant details we can up front—which helps everyone!
For the case you described, if the stats are in two separate instances, then someone might be able to help you switch from one to the other. However, if the stats really are combined into one, then there may not be a way to untangle them. But checking in at http://jetpack.me/support/ and including all the relevant information required to help you such as your Jetpack Site URL is really the best way to find out for sure. Would you mind posting through http://jetpack.me/support/ ?

Ok thanks, I just send a support request through the form. I just thought because nothing is wrong with jetpack itself this would have been the right place. The url was at the end of my first post.
