Delete/edit a page I can’t find the log in to …

  Hi!
  I don’t want to post this in a public forum but I don’t find any other way to contact you …

  I have created many different sites here at WordPress long time ago and I want to edit and delete some of them but I can’t remember the user name or which email I used.

  It’s this site:
  https://jaliyaconnection.wordpress.com/

  It’s not up to date and I would like to delete/update/make it private.
  How can I get hold of my details to log in?
