Delete- Edit category (wordpress blog)

Hello, i am looking and rly cant find this!
I want to delete and edit some categories in my wordpress blog (No WPadmin), online wordpress.
I can’t rly found it, even in support.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Management of categories is done through your WP-Admin Dashboard. Here are the step by step instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/view-all/#managing-categories-in-wp-admin
To access your WP-Admin dashboard simply type /wp-admin to the end of your WordPress.com URL.

I have already saw this topic but dont rly help me, as i say i want to delete and or edit the categories. Is this possible?

https://anickything.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=categoryFrom there, you can hover over the category to wish to edit, when hovering you will see a small drop down menu that reads, “Edit-Quick Edit-View” select Edit.
To delete categories from the category page, check the boxes next to the categories you wish to delete from your blog. Then move your curser to the drop down box that reads “Bulk Actions”. When you click on “Bulk Actions” the drop down menu will appear and you can select “Delete”.
