Hi, I have an old WordPress (last logged-in was 2006)and now I can’t access the dashboard to delete the entire blog, because it says it is link to another WordPress account. I tried doing the Account Recovery procedure but I do not have any code that I can provide since it was a long time ago. I hope someone can help me figure this out. Thank you.

If you’re not able to provide verification that you’re the site owner, I’m afraid we won’t be able to give you access to the account.
We have strict rules in place to prevent unauthorised access to sites and accounts on WordPress.com, and we can’t make any exceptions in this regard.

Thank you for your reply.
I hope you will understand my situation, the thing is when my god-daughter was born I wrote it on my blog including her full name and date of birth. As you can imagine, now her privacy is compromise (they had a HomeLand Security Class) and she saw her baby picture with her info. When she first informed me of this I immediately deleted my Blogspot thinking it will delete all entries, I forgotten I linked it to WordPress. There is probably pictures of me in my blog to verify it is me, it is mostly a journal for preparation for my wedding back then. And for the email account I used I also have to retrieved since I haven’t use it since 2006 and all saved emails are deleted once I retrieve it so they warned me.

I very much hope you can help, my goal is to delete the entire blog. I don’t have to have access on the blog if that is not possible, but I hope in some way I can verify that it is my blog and to give you permission to delete the entire blog. Please I hope you can help. Thank you.

I’ve been reviewing my entries to look for pictures of me to prove it is my blog and found out that my other god-daughter’s full name is there and I really need to have the entire blog deleted. Please, I hope you can help. Thank you.

Hi,
Some added info that might help someone help me.
The only thing I can do is to go to my blog and on the right side where it says log-in, I can log-in and it will direct me to another site but it will be empty and no Dashboard. And if I log-out on that site and try to log-in again it will say that my blog is linked to another blog (Blogspot which I already deleted) and I will need an Administrator to invite me. I hope someone can help me with this. Thank you.
