delete footer/designers signature/etc

How do I delete the footer txt, designers signature and search (on the top)? I’ve searched google and youtube for the .php editor thats built in the apperance thingy but I can’t seem to find the .php editor.
Is it’s because I’m using a free account? The theme is called Motion. -

Actually, you can’t remove it because WordPress.com asked to leave that footer intact.

We cannot access those files. We cannot edit templates and themes on this multiuser blogging platform at all. Here every blog wearing the same theme is using the same template. Only Staff can access those files and edit as every edit affects all blogs wearing the same theme. If you want that kind of access then you need to hire a web host and set up a self hosted WordPress.org install.
