Delete gmail account (eg. (email visible only to moderators and staff))

    Years ago I set up an email address through Gmail that I used with my domain which was purchased through WordPress.com ((email visible only to moderators and staff)).

    I transferred my domain a few months ago to godaddy, and that particular email address seems to be trapped in limbo.

    I can’t delete the email address through Gmail, and can’t figure out how to delete it through my account settings through WordPress.com or WordPress.org (which I now use on godaddy.)

    Am I missing something?
