Delete Gravatar Account Instructions Outdated

Current instructions to hide profile are no longer active; there is no link to “hide profile” on the page listed. I would like to hide my profile immediately.
Additionally, there is no contact information for gravatar; the “contact us” link simply takes me to an FAQ search. I need to submit a formal/legal inquiry to delete my account permanently and am looking for Gravatar contact information. Thanks!

We do not allow WordPress.com/Gravatar accounts (which have been merged into one account) at this time.

When you go to “View Profile” you will see buttons to hide your profile that look like this:
