Delete images in the file, also delete the posts?

Hello, image files from my wordpress.com blog are loaded and how can I clean the image file without deleting the images in posts? Please send the reply to my e-mail: (email visible only to moderators and staff).

I’m not sure what you mean by ‘clean the image file’. Do you want to edit the photos you posted on your blog? Or do you want to change the image file name?

If you delete any image from your Media Library it cannot appear in any post or in any page because it will no longer be on WordPress.com servers. See here http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2013/09/20/omg-my-images-are-gone/ -

That’s the way to go. Tag search first and Google search if required. Locate correct answers the regular Volunteers and Staff have previously provided in recent forum threads and backlink to their answers in the threads you locate. -

Hello Therealkazia, in fact, just clean the image file without deleting the images on published posts. It is possible that operation?

Within the Media Library, WordPress offers some basic photo editing, crop, rotate, flip, and resize. You can perform any of those edits to your photo within WordPress and not delete the image from your post (however, if you edit a picture in the media library it will affect the way the picture looks in you post) There’s more information about that here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/image-editing/
But if you’re looking for a tool that will help improve the look of a picture, you’ll have to do the clean up on the photo on your computer and then upload the picture again to your blog.
