delete info from contact page

  Somehow info got added into the name, email & website fields and stayed there! How can I delete it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there!

  Is it your own name etc that shows up? Does it only show up when you are logged in to your WordPress account? If you go on any WordPress.com site when logged in it automatically will help you by filling in your info into a form :)
