  You can’t delete Jetpack from a wordpress.com site is it is part of your wordpress.com website.

  Hi there, just in case you are trying to disconnect jetpack from a standalone WP site, you can do that in your jetpack dashboard by following this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/disconnect-jetpack-sites/

  If you are unable to disconnect it on your own, please post back here with the URL of the site you wish to disconnect.
