Delete link on home page?
-
There is a random URL on the bottom of my homepage that links to a photo and I’m not sure how to get rid of it. I’ve deleted all my posts/media/etc. and it still won’t go away.

I’m not seeing this link one your site. Can you give us a bit more information so that we can look into the situation? What is the exact link?

I figured this out. But I have another question. Is they’re a way to put a link in your post hand have the whole thing be clickable? I think it’s called embedding. This is the link: https://forum2020.diglib.org
Thank you, Martha -
Hi there,
It is not possible to embed one site within another in that way. It requires more than just the site URL.
To do that the provider (of diglib.com in this case) would need to provide you with an “embed code” of some kind, as well as format their content in a way that is embeddable.
For example we have many ways to embed content from specific providers such as YouTube, Google Docs, Flickr, Facebook, etc. But this is only because those providers have allowed the option to embed content, and created “embed codes” for the purpose of allowing you to embed their content on other services (such as WordPress.com)
