  Hi, I have old (self-hosted) blogs linked to my WordPress.com account & dashboard that I’d like to remove. They do not have Jetpack installed. I cannot access the wp-admin anymore. Can you help me?

  you should be able to do that directly from WordPress.com, have a look here:

  Jetpack

  We can also help you, however, there is a number of sites connected to your account, could you please confirm which ones you’d like to disconnect?
