Delete MX Record?

I just joined wordpress today, got the domain spearstrategy.com and am pleased. I have an existing domain (peterspear.com) with email from Network Solutions that I mapped to this new wordpress domain.
My mac mail now will not connect to my mail server and Network Solutions tells me that it’s on your end and that I have to ask you to delete an MX record ‘mail.peterspear.com’ and everything will be returned to normal.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Peter, I wanted to check in with you. It appears as if you’ve deleted your MX record, as it is currently not listed on your DNS Records for spearstrategy.com/. Could you please confirm this?
