I am looking to delete my account; however, for the past 3 days it has been showing me the message that ‘the process takes 15-20 minutes’. It is not allowing me to delete the account. How do I fix this?

It has been showing me the message that it takes “15-20 minutes to process” for the past 3 days which is not allowing me to delete my account. And when I search up “lumendigital.ca” the Clickfunnels account does not show up.

Thanks for the heads up on that! Looks like the process got a little stuck along the way, but I’ve cleared that up, so you should now be able to complete the process and close the account.
As for looking up “lumendigital.ca” and not seeing the right site – that could be a combination of factors. First, I’d recommend reviewing your domain’s set up and connection to ClickFunnles through your domain registrar. Once that’s set up, it may take anywhere from 48-72 hours for any DNS changes to propagate to servers around the world, so that can add a bit of a delay. Finally, you may also need to clear your browser’s cache to make sure your browser is loading the latest information on your domain.
