Sorry Privacy Commissioner, not ombudsman. Either way we have bodies here, much like in Canada, for helping to resolve such disputes under the laws which do in fact apply.

That is for wordpress accounts not gravitar, gravitar are orphaned records in this respect.

Filled out the form as you suggested, resulted in another thread for volunteers without authority to delete accounts…….
