  You says somewhere that account can’t be deleted.
  According to the french laws, you HAVE to delete my account and all my datas, if I ask you to. So how can I delete my account ?

  I’m not 100% sure, but I would say the French law doesn’t apply since Automattic (owner of WordPress) is an American company, so it has to abide by American law.
