  Hello – i want to permanmently delete my account and start again – fresh. Like re-sign back up with my same e mail address.

  Can this be done?

  Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog you can delete the blog by using these instructions. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
  Please note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled.

  If you don’t have a lot of content and don’t wish to wait for Staff to delete it for you then you can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk, so you can start over again.

  I paid $99. with my credit card and I want to delete my account and I need you to credit my credit card.

  How do I start this process?

  Nothing against your company, I just can’t do what I need to do.
