    I want to delete my website with WordPress to restart it on another website company. I own the domain elsewhere. Once I close my website will I be able to start my new website without a problem?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Having a site on WordPress.com should not affect your ability to start a site on another hosting service. Still, if you want to delete the site, you can follow these steps: https://wordpress.com/en/support/delete-site.
