  First you will need to empty and delete your site. Here are instructions with all of the steps necessary for this to happen: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  After you have dealt with the site, here are instructions on how to deactivate your account. Username accounts cannot be deleted to keep anyone registering the same username in the future, however, you can remove all personal information from your account:
