  I am trying to delete my account. I have an upgrade but it won’t let me cancel the upgrade so I can delete the account

  Hi there,

  I can remove the theme for you, but you own the theme indefinitely – so I would recommend you to set your site to private in case you ever want to use the theme again for another site.

  Otherwise, I’d be happy to remove the theme for you so you can proceed with the deletion of the site.
