  I’m trying to delete my account, but it keeps asking me to deactivate my purchases in ‘Manage Purchases.’ I have a premium theme – but it’s not letting me deactivate it to let me delete my account.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,

  You’ll need staff to assist with this process. I will type modlook in the tags to the right of this thread. Subscribe to this thread so that when staff gets back to you then you will know.

  Premium themes have to be removed by Staff or transferred to another WordPress.COM hosted site of yours before the site they are on currently can be deleted. Deleting a site with upgrades https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#deleting%C2%A0a-site-with-upgrades

  Do you want to transfer the premium theme to another site?

  Hello,

  There was still a Premium Theme active on your account. I’ve removed it and you should be able to delete your site now.

  Come back to me if you have any problems.
