Hi, I’m trying to completely delete my account but keep getting told to go to Manage Purchases. I follow these instructions yet I can’t delete the purchases either. Can I please get some help?

https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/You can manage all of your WordPress.com purchases by navigating to the Me section of WordPress.com and then choosing the option to Manage Purchases from the sidebar.
Select any purchase in order to view options for managing it. The options available will be different based on the upgrade you choose.

Hi mizzbee11,
The Premium Themes on your site need to be removed before you can delete it — this is something I will need to do for you. Can you confirm you would like me to remove Janice, Arcane and Rosalie?

Thanks, I’ve removed the themes from your site. You should be able to delete it now but let me know if you have any problems.
