  You can’t delete your account itself as it was mentioned by one of the staffs here: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/deletion-of-account-13?replies=2.

  However, there are many things you can do for removing your personal information from your account. Please refer to the link above and perform it.

  ADD: If you just want to start over your site, please refer to the following support page. You can remove all of your contents from your site with keeping your site address.
